Yes. After onboarding and sign-up, you complete an initial survey with your goal, experience level, training days, and equipment. The app uses that input to build a plan around your current stage instead of dropping you into a generic template.

Not for the workout itself. Smart Set is local-first, so you can log training offline and sync later when you are back online. Internet is still required for purchases, billing refresh, and selected server-backed features.

Basic gives you the paid training and coaching core without the full Nutrition surface. Pro adds Nutrition plus higher caps for AI generation, plans, programs, and routines. If you come in from nutrition features, Pro is the target tier.

Yes, but only on Basic. Monthly Basic includes a 7-day trial and yearly Basic includes a 14-day trial. Pro plans do not include a trial.

Yes. Athletes and coaches have separate Basic and Pro ladders because they serve different workflows. Coach plans are built around roster management, while athlete plans focus on personal training progression and Nutrition.

New premium actions stay locked until you renew, but the app does not hide completed workout history or previously retained data that remains accessible under the current policy. Once billing refresh confirms renewal, premium access returns.
